Secure the Packaging
Place the unused lathe chuck or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the provided return authorization label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
